SUBDIVISION PROGRAM

If you want to divide land, please contact the Dawson County Sanitarian (377-5772) or a licensed Surveyor.

The Dawson County Sanitarian is contracted by Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to review Subdivision plats. Only lots of less than 20 acres are reviewed by DEQ.

Reviews are conducted under the criteria established with ARM Title 17, Chapter 36. Review fees are set by the Department of Environmental Quality.
