The more information you provide when requesting an Interlibrary Loan, the quicker we will be able to fulfill the request. Important information to include in the request is the title and author of the item and your name and telephone number or email address.

The Glendive Public Library strives to fill all of your requests. However we are unable to borrow reference books or books that have been published in the last six months.

Two items can be requested at a time, not to exceed four items in the period of a month.

The Glendive Public Library makes every effort to process all submitted requests within one business day. Items requested through Interlibrary Loan generally take between one and three weeks to obtain.

In order to maintain good relationships with our loaning libraries, we ask that Interlibrary Loan materials be returned promptly. The Glendive Public Library will charge $1.00 per day fine for late materials.
