FSNEP Classes are FREE and provide:

environment

Food demonstrations and tasting at every
class
FSNEP Topics Include:

Using the Food Guide Pyramid to make healthier
choices

Managing food resources (including money,
food stamps, WIC Foods), budgeting

Meal Planning and making foods stretch
-
Low-cost food preparation
-
Food safety and sanitation
-
Use of commodity foods or food boxes in
meal planning.
