Family Planning

            Office is open Monday through Thursday 1:00-5:00.  Walk-in or by appointment.

             Family Planning services can give you…                                                                       

• Birth control supplies for men, women and teens

• Emergency Contraception

• Pregnancy Tests and Counseling

• Tests and Treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections and HIVCancer Exams

• Breast Cancer screening

• Cervical Cancer screening (Pap Smear)

• Sterilization Counseling and Information (permanent birth control)

• Medical Exams

• Education and Counseling

 All Family Planning Services are completely confidential!!

 Family Planning services are available at low or no cost to you.  To pay for family planning services and supplies, you may use:

ü      Sliding fee scale based on your income

ü      Medicaid

ü      Insurance

 Medicaid cards are gladly accepted.

• No Medicaid co-payments for family planning.

• No need to call or get a referral from your Primary Care Provider.

• Do remember to bring your Medicaid card with you to your appointment.
